Landscape and Parks Management

The preparation of management plans and management reviews for parks, protected landscape and habitats, formal and semi natural landscapes such as country estates, woodland, business parks and urban landscapes.

b Jubilee River Landscape Management Strategy - management and maintenance of watercourse, wetland and riparian habitat, woodland, wildflower and hedgerow planting.
b National Trust North Downs Property Management Plans -
Preparation of Property Management Plans to standard National Trust format, for all countryside properties in Surrey, East and West Sussex. These include high profile protected landscapes such as Box Hill, Leith Hill, Ditchling Beacon, The Devil's Dyke and Birling Gap, as well as agricultural estates and important local sites including commonland. The plans set out Statements of Significance, SWOT analysis, management objectives and risk assessment for a proposed three year management strategy.
b Heritage Management Plans: preparation of a range of plans in association with Heritage Lottery funded projects
b Landscape Strategies and Business Plans: projects for community led groups, including a strategy for the purchase, design and management of surplus land associated with the Channel Tunnel rail link for the Heaths Countryside Corridor
