Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment
We have extensive experience in the preparation of landscape and visual assessments, including:
- Local and regional landscape appraisals and the definition and description of landscape character areas;
- Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments in relation to residential, infrastructure and minerals proposals;
- Landscape and Visual Chapters as part of full Environmental Statements and input to ES scoping;
- Lead consultancy role in the co-ordination, preparation and editing of Environmental Statements for major transport and infrastructure projects;
- Expert witness at public inquiry.
