Cheshire Peaks and Plains Housing Trust Ltd Grounds Maintenance Schedules and Contract Documents
Review of grounds maintenance requirements for the Cheshire Peaks and Plains Housing Trust green estate, including liaison with tenants and Trust staff. Following maintenance review, preparation of maintenance contract documentation including specifications and schedules, input into preparation and evaluation of Pre-qualification questionnaire and other OJEU requirements, tender administration, participation in interview panel, selection of preferred bidder and pre start meeting.
